The City of Mt. Shasta has entered into an Agreement with Code Publishing Company to create an updated version of the Mt. Shasta Municipal Code which will incorporate all Ordinances adopted by the City Council since the Municipal Code was last codified in 1997.
Look for the newly codified version of the Municipal Code to be launched in 2010.
The City Clerk's Office has the official version of the Mt. Shasta Municipal Code which includes all Ordinances adopted by the City Council since the 1997 codification. The public may view the Mt. Shasta Municipal Code by visiting Mt. Shasta City Hall between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Users should complete a Public Records Request or contact the City Clerk's Office to request copies of particular sections of the Code.
